I really like how there's just tiny spalshes of color here and there. The green in the lower right and the dead leaves further back. It keeps this piece from looking drab. Theonly thing I don't get is the category. I wouldn't really call this surreal. It looks more spooky to me, so maybe in the Horror/Macabre section. Although you could always surreal it up by adding some weird element, like having the figure in the middle of a tennis serve or something. -- "Where there's a will, there's a way. And I agree with you about the category.... I always go through that... it's not really a 'horror' picture, but it's not that surreal or abstract. Maybe it's conceptual, but I wish there was an 'eerie' or 'semi-spooky' category.  -- ~InKi's Prints *RedBubble *Zazzle *Cafepress~ |
