My brother happily caught his nemesis pond turtle he had dubbed Ogo Pogo.
He showed him off and I took some pictures.
This is why snapping turtles are somewhat infamous for their aggression. He snapped off the stick my brother poked him with, and brandished it menacingly.
Real attitude on this turtle.
And to assure you, we just moved him to another pond, we did not eat or run over this turtle.
They may be curmudgeons, but snapping turtles are welcome here. And just look at those legs! Those scales and claws, like dwarf dragon creature.
