Steampunk Samurai Dragonby *InKibus

Traditional Art / Drawings / Fantasy

On a current Steampunk art theme my friends and I are doing, we wnet off on a tangent about this and that...
and ended up with some people asking me to draw something I wasnted to for a bit.

Not happy with the background.
Yeah, it's a tonal improvement, but there's that glaring clash at the top.
Ah well.

And it's semi steampunk-ish, with the gears and goggles.
I soon realized if i wear to make a Steampunk Samurai, I'd be copying to much from Gilliam's 'Brazil'!

Nice work of art! I like the combination of dragon and samurai, which is a very unique idea, plus with the added touch of steampunk theme. The background's decent, but it would've been more interesting if you added other steampunk themes, like maybe an airship or some steampunk buildings to add on the effect of steampunk. Other than that, I love the picture!!

Your welcome! I do the same thing with backgrounds on watercolor pictures for people at christmas. When you need to make eight different pictures, you have to move fast!!
