A quick doodle I did when my electric went off in a thunderstorm.
A steampunk angler fish. Aren't they so neat? I know, the one in 'Finding Nemo' tops them all, but I wanted to make mechanical. I think I shall continue my Steamus animals, they're sort of a fun pasttime.  When did your electricity go off?

Though the giant light might be a tad conspicuous  And "a quick doodle" she says  It'd take me forever just to get the outline right! Amazing stuff, Inki -- A bus station is where a bus stops; A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station... Texas.... Yea for "Tornado Alley"!

Critiques
I love the simple composition, the progression from white to dark and the way you've placed the light works very well for me. There could perhaps be a bit more gradatition from the light to the surrounding darker water, but I only thought that on second thought.
The steampunkish style for the fish is very original and very well captured. I love the outrageous teeth, and the fine stained glass tail. Plate armour makes a whole lot of sense for a deep sea creature! And the winch for the light is a nice touch.
The one thing I don't quite get is the eye - is it standing out, button -like, with a drop shadow? But that might be unclear because the watermark is sitting right on top of it.
All in all a very Inki-ish creation and one of your technically most finished images, from what I have seen.
