Hmmmmm, if the dress were shorter it would be easier to dance in.
And if you had some kevlar on the sword you could get the blade to go on fire, like my sword.

I think that is sort of the angle, the skirt was above my feet well enough that I wasn't stepping on it too much.
But, it wasn't the best dancing skirt either.
And I'd have to wary with a wooden sword, trying to make it go on fire!

Oh, it's wooden? Then you'd have to wrap it in cooking foil and then kevlar on top of that.

Great job on that. You must be a wiz with the sewing machine. The only thing I've every made was a corset. It was nice though. Did you have a pattern that you based it on, or did you just come up with it on your own? Either way, it's fantabulous. Do you sell them by any chance?
